Global Positioning Systems (GPS) are fast becoming a key component for the security of vehicles, mobile assets and individuals.  SSI is piloting several GPS applications including the monitoring of devices in high value freight and ‘lone worker’ programs, and expects to monitor errant freight via a Geo-Fence application developed by a WM SSI alliance member.
